Westminster Question Time – LGPS collaboration and the London CIV
Central Hall Westminster, Storey’s Gate, Westminster, London SW1H 9NH
1.30pm, Thursday 26th November, 2015
Central Hall Westminster

After a great deal of hard work by London Councils and members of the LGPS, the launch of the Common Investment Vehicle for local authority pension funds in London is just around the corner.

In our next Question Time event in Westminster, Hugh Grover of London Councils will bring us the latest on the London CIV, and discuss the mechanics and the timetable for launch. This is a great opportunity for you to be part of a lively debate on how collaborative efforts in local authority pension funds are addressing concerns over investment cost and performance.

Chair for this half-day seminar will be Jeff Houston (Head of Pensions, LGA), and a number of expert LGPS panellists will offer their thoughts and answer questions on developments in the sector. Featuring two panel sessions in a “Question Time” format, the seminar is an ideal opportunity for delegates to assess the impact of efficiency initiatives on investments and operations. Afterwards, you are most welcome to attend a drinks reception.
